TERMS & CONDITIONS — JOORE STUDIO
1. GENERAL INFORMATION
By visiting our website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms, and that you are of legal age to enter into a binding agreement in your country of residence.
All designs and creations of JOORE STUDIO are handcrafted, unique, and protected as artistic works.
Any reproduction, imitation, or use of our images, texts, or designs without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Any reproduction, modification, or commercial use of this content without written permission is forbidden and constitutes a violation of intellectual property law under EU legislation.
3. HANDMADE CREATION PROCESS
Each piece is handcrafted using the lost-wax casting technique, followed by careful refining, polishing, and finishing.
Small variations in texture, color, or form are natural characteristics of artisanal work and are not considered defects.
The production time of made-to-order pieces is 7 to 21 business days.
Once production is complete, the standard shipping times listed below apply.
4. ORDER CONFIRMATION
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation with the details.
Full payment confirms your agreement to these Terms and initiates the creation or preparation process.
Cancellations are only possible within 2 hours of placing the order, for both ready-to-ship and made-to-order pieces.
To request a cancellation, the customer must contact JOORE STUDIO by email at info@joorestudio.com within this 2-hour window.
A cancellation is only considered complete after written confirmation by JOORE STUDIO.
Requests submitted after the 2-hour window, or without written approval, cannot be accepted.
5. PRICES & PAYMENT
All prices are listed in euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on destination, weight, and carrier.
Any additional customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or handling fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. JOORE STUDIO is not responsible for delays or additional costs arising from customs clearance.

6. SHIPPING
Made-to-order pieces
If a piece needs to be handcrafted, production time is 7 to 21 business days.
Once production is complete, the standard shipping times listed below apply.
Ready-to-ship pieces
All ready-to-ship pieces are prepared and dispatched immediately after order processing, using the shipping times listed below.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
* Netherlands: 2–4 business days
* Europe: 5–10 business days
* International: 10–20 business days
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
JOORE STUDIO is not responsible for delays caused by postal or customs services.
Shipping fees vary depending on destination and will be displayed during checkout.
Customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
7. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
For made-to-order pieces only:
Because all pieces are handmade and custom-finished, returns and refunds are not accepted.
An exchange or size adjustment may be possible within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the piece is unused and in its original condition.
If the issue results from our error or a production defect, JOORE STUDIO will cover all related shipping costs.
In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Production time depends on the complexity of the design and material availability – generally between 7 and 21 business days.
If additional time is required, the client will be informed before completion.
For ready-to-ship pieces only:
If a piece is marked as ready to ship, it may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and returned in its original condition and packaging.
Before any return can be accepted, the customer must first contact JOORE STUDIO by email at info@joorestudio.com to describe the issue.
Returns sent without prior written approval will not be accepted.
8. WARRANTY & CARE
JOORE STUDIO jewelry is crafted from high-quality materials such as sterling silver (925), 14k gold, and bronze.
To preserve their beauty, avoid contact with perfume, creams, water (especially salt or chlorinated), and harsh chemicals.
9. LIABILITY
JOORE STUDIO cannot be held liable for:
- damage caused by improper care or storage;
- shipping or customs delays;
- slight differences between product photos and the final piece (due to lighting, natural materials, and handmade processes).
Every piece is created with the utmost attention to detail, quality, and authenticity.
10. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION
All personal data is handled in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Your information is used solely for processing orders and deliveries.
We do not share or sell your data to third parties, except for trusted courier services required for delivery.
