1. GENERAL INFORMATION

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website www.joorestudio.com and the purchase of jewelry pieces created by JOORE STUDIO.
By visiting our website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms, and that you are of legal age to enter into a binding agreement in your country of residence.

All designs and creations of JOORE STUDIO are handcrafted, unique, and protected as artistic works.
Any reproduction, imitation, or use of our images, texts, or designs without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All designs, photographs, texts, and materials displayed on www.joorestudio.com and Joore Studio’s social media channels are the exclusive intellectual property of JOORE STUDIO.
Any reproduction, modification, or commercial use of this content without written permission is forbidden and constitutes a violation of intellectual property law under EU legislation.

3. HANDMADE CREATION PROCESS

Each piece is handcrafted using the lost-wax casting technique, followed by careful refining, polishing, and finishing.
Small variations in texture, color, or form are natural characteristics of artisanal work and are not considered defects.

Production time depends on the complexity of the design and material availability — generally between 7 and 21 business days.
If additional time is required, the client will be informed before completion.

4. ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation with the details.
Full payment confirms your agreement to these Terms and initiates the creation process.
Because each piece is made to order, cancellations are not possible after payment.

5. PRICES & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on destination, weight, and carrier.

6. SHIPPING

Orders are shipped from the Netherlands via PostNL, DHL Express, or another reliable carrier.

Estimated delivery times:

Netherlands: 2–4 business days
Europe: 5–10 business days
International: 10–20 business days

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
JOORE STUDIO is not responsible for delays caused by postal or customs services.

Shipping fees vary depending on destination and will be displayed during checkout.
Customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

7. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Because all pieces are handmade and custom-finished, returns and refunds are not accepted.
An exchange or size adjustment may be possible within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the piece is unused and in its original condition.

To request an exchange, email contact@joorestudio.com with your order number.
If the issue results from our error or a production defect, JOORE STUDIO will cover all related shipping costs.
In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

8. WARRANTY & CARE

Joore Studio jewelry is crafted from high-quality materials such as sterling silver (925), 14k gold, and bronze.
To preserve their beauty, avoid contact with perfume, creams, water (especially salt or chlorinated), and harsh chemicals.

Should your piece require cleaning or repair, please contact us — we offer lifetime aftercare service for all Joore Studio creations.

9. LIABILITY

JOORE STUDIO cannot be held liable for:

damage caused by improper care or storage;
shipping or customs delays;
slight differences between product photos and the final piece (due to lighting, natural materials, and handmade processes).

Every piece is created with the utmost attention to detail, quality, and authenticity.

10. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION

All personal data is handled in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Your information is used solely for processing orders and deliveries.
We do not share or sell your data to third parties, except for trusted courier services required for delivery.
